We had so many people commenting on it .So delighted that my friend had recommended you. The Chocolate and Orange cheesecake was just delightful… Will it freeze? Hello Karen,We missed you on Saturday night, but understood you had to stay and prep for your next big event on Sunday lunch time, we would have loved to have seen you to say thank you.It was a very relaxed and happy party, with a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it tremendously. Jonathan (with his trusty assistants) did a sterling job of both serving and clearing up afterwards. Given free range of the kitchen cupboards, they dispatched any surplus foods to the utility room fridge in the perfect sized dishes and bowls. It was heavenly last night to have beef Bourguignon, with cauliflower cheese, carrots and peas – without having to prepare it. I’ve made carrot and coriander soup and frozen the left over beef and chicken tagine. Perfect!Whilst we’ve been tidying up – we found a stray knife and a small oval stainless steel serving dish, which had contained whipped cream. We can pop them in a bag and drop them off for you at the farm sometime this week, unless you’d prefer us not to.Hoping you have a good week – thank you all again and here’s looking forward to the next party!Kind regards from Charlotte, Clive and Amy Makin (Appleton)
