There is nothing like a hog roast, The sight of the hog cooking on a spit and the rich aroma welcoming your guests.
There are lots of ways to provide a hog roast. Some companies just provide cooked meat and leave you to serve yourself. Others just provide the hog and leave you to provide the accompaniments. Some companies like us provide a fully catered service so you can just relax knowing everything is taken care of.
Our Service
We cook our hogs fully on site with a Hog Roast Chef in attendance at all times. We carve and serve to your guests.
Bread Rolls, Sage and Onion Stuffing and Apple Sauce .
Delicious vegetarian options can be provided if required.
Homemade Salads and Desserts are available to accompany the Hog Roast. China and Cutlery or Disposable Plates and Cutlery can also be provided.
FAQ’s
What do I need to provide ? – Access to s standard power point, together with tables for the accompaniments and somewhere to cook. ( Undercover in the event of inclement weather.).
How Long Does a Hog take to cook ? – Approximately five hours depending on hog size and cooking conditions.
How many will a Hog Feed ? – We recommend Hog Roasts for numbers of 45 plus. One hog will feed 100 to 120 but it is not an exact science.
Will you clear away Guest Plates etc ? – Ofcourse !
